We had a great day on the reef cruise. Service was awesome and the tour was super organized. Great family day out. Activities were better suited to older kids as my 5yo was petrified of all the options! The food at the beach club was amazing - kids really enjoyed the pool there too.

Family first snorkeling and boat experience in Bali with young children! I’m currently in Bali staying in Nusa Dua and booked this tour at my hotel. We were collected from the hotel “The Grand Mirage” by “Bali hai” company van which had air conditioning and was very comfortable. We went directly to the port and were Greeted warmly by all the staff. We then were guided onto the boat and taken care of throughout the experience. My children (aged 10 and 7) enjoyed the snorkeling experience and the beach stop over. My youngest son felt sick due to the motion on the boat. However, Bali Hai, had a medic and helpers who gave him anti sickness medicine and kept checking up on him throughout the day. The team took care of us and all the team were so pleasant and helpful too. Amalia who was one of the crew remembers was incredible - took care of us and was very helpful too. Great family vibes and DJ to get make everyone feel at ease. Highly recommend this experience for families.

Extraordinary! Dian was absolutely, the whole Bali Hai Team have been absolutely amazing from the beginning to the very end of my experience. There is always a person with a helping hand and smiling face every you go. I have done the Nusa Penida and now back for a second trip to Nusa Lembongan Island and Reef Cruise. Snorkeling is amazing, floating pontoon is super fun with many different activities. The beach club has amazing food and drinks - and relaxing time. I highly recommend this experience and company for solo or family travelers.

Sun, surf, and dive bombs! Awesome day spent in the sun and surf. An hour snorkeling, dropping bombs off the dive board and then across to the island for an amazing lunch, swim, and paddle boarding. Loved it, get along!!!

The sea was so beautiful! ! I participated in scuba diving! The coral reef was beautiful! The guide was kind and it was a great experience! Friends, families, and couples can all enjoy it! ! Lunch was also buffet style and I was very satisfied!

The most relaxing and beautiful few days stay in paradise! Location was like paradise, beach huts were amazing. Breakfast was delish with a view to die for and we ate in both Hai Bar and Grill and Hai Ri Zen which were both 100% worth it, food amazing and the most gorgeous staff too.

Our second week of Bali Bliss was spent at the Hai Tide Resort in Lembongan. On arrival in Mushroom Bay, we were assisted with our luggage, and shown to our beautiful Garden Lumbung. The photos online to not do justice to the charm of the beautiful thatch bungalows, or the comfort and luxury of the interior. Our garden lumbung offered loads of privacy while overlooking the second pool, which created a beautiful tropical oasis. We were pleased to have the privacy and seclusion of the garden bungalow, and waking up each morning to the sound of birds in the frangipani trees outside, with the faint crashing of waves on the shore, was sheer bliss. The attention to detail and level of cleanliness and care was second to none, with a friendly, polite and discreet team servicing and cleaning the bungalow with fresh bed linen and towels daily. The king size bed was luxurious, and the aircon in the bungalow afforded us a welcome respite from the tropical humidity of the island. The bathroom with large shower was spacious and perfect for our needs. The hotel manager, Agus, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and after meeting us only once, remembered us by name each time he greeted us. Breakfasts at the Hai Bar & Grill were wonderful, with a fabulous choice of food, from authentic Balinese style food to full English breakfasts, or Continental offerings. The resort is so conveniently situated, with accessibility to other local restaurants and bars within walking distance, so we were able to explore other dining experiences in the evenings, or stay in the resort and eat at one of their two beautifully appointed restaurants, which both offer comprehensive menus and delicious food. We enjoyed “Happy Hour” with half price cocktails, while watching the beautiful sunsets over Mushroom Bay. We were delighted that we spent six nights at Hai Tide, which gave us enough time to explore the charming island on our hired scooter, snorkel on the beautiful coral reefs teaming with colourful tropical fish off the Mangroves, and take a boat trip to swim with Manta Rays off Penida Island too. We loved Lembongan for its laid back, casual charm. It’s quiet and rustic, with an authentic beach vibe - the perfect place to completely relax and unwind from everything. Sadly, all good things have to come to an end, but our Bali holiday was made all the more special and unique by our incredible stay at Hai Tide. It was everything we could have wished for and more. Thank you to Agus, and the friendly and helpful staff at Hai Tide. We hope we will return one day soon.

Such a nice place for couples to stay and enjoy. Had a great time spending time with loved one. Service here is great as well. Food was also pretty good. There’s unlimited snorkelling till noon which when requested will take you from resort. Beach hut is just opposite the beach and view is pretty great. We had Wi-Fi everywhere on the resort and power was always on even during thunderstorms. Overall a great place for couples

Everything is right here, we came to the island with the Bali Hai cruise and stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa. Through the back street you can walk into a very nice street with shops and restaurants. We mainly ate at the resort. Top breakfast with many choices but dinner was also great. Beautiful clean beach in front of the door, with a boat to the pontoon is very nice and there you can snorkel, with a slide or diving board into the sea. And supping on the sea from the resort is also very nice. Great rooms, great beds and peace on the grounds of the villa with nice special birds. Staff is really great, very service oriented and know the guests. That starts at check-in for the cruise. We left with pain in our hearts after 3 days, we would have liked to stay longer here!

Loved our stay at Hai Tide Stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa and was perfect for my family. Breakfasts were lovely and great cocktails in the bar watching the sunset. The kids loved using the paddle boards and they had fun for a few hours on the pontoon. Absolutely loved Mushroom bay beach and looking forward to a return one day soon.

Truly wonderful resort! We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and we loved it! The beach at mushroom bay is amazing calm and child friendly and the restaurants at the resort were fantastic. Rooms clean and in great condition. The staff were all lovely and accomodating and had some great suggestions - like going to the pontoon! We fell in love with Lembongan and will be back.

From the moment we were picked up by Agus (Resort Manager) we knew we were going to be looked after. Agus and his team provided some of the best service ever experienced in the Bali region, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Any minor issues were dealt with swiftly and nothing was too much trouble.We stayed in the 2 bedroom pool villa and it was absolutely beautiful. Total island luxury. The level of cleanliness was superb. The pool was clean and cool, the outdoor bathrooms were luxurious, the air conditioning was perfect… honestly, there is little to fault with this resort.Breakfast overlooking the turquoise waters of Mushroom bay was a treat every morning. The outdoor movie night was fun, sitting in deck chairs under the stars, drinking cocktails and eating pizza.We loved every minute and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time at Hai Tide with our two boys, aged 11 and 13 years. We all enjoyed the endless water activities on the pontoon and also organised surf lessons and scuba diving. The staff were so warm and hospitable, no matter what your needs they were happy to help. We stayed in the family villa which was incredibly comfortable and gave us more space and a little more privacy. Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at Hai Tide. We had a 2 bedroom pool villa which I couldn’t fault. Lovely big beds, bathrooms, and all extremely clean. The only one thing that might concern some is that the rooms aren’t connected. If you have young kids they can seem a bit far away and both bedrooms open onto a cabana style open living space.The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. And a great breakfast included each morning. Kids loved being able to use the pontoon with slide, banana boat and viewing chamber!! And many a happy hour spent in the pool!! Only thing is the chlorine might be a bit in the high side.We’ll be back for sure!!

A very good choice! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The Fish and Chips were generous and delicious and my wife said that her Caesar Salad with Chicken was also really tasty. Service was very good and the view of the beach was great. The Hai Bar and Grill was always busy so I would recommend making a reservation.

Super restaurant! The food (pizza, cheese burger, tropical salad, chicken rice and the most delicious keylime pie) is excellent! They have very good cocktails, drinks and espresso. For a decent price, you drink and eat very well! We ate there 4 times.

Good vegan food in nice atmosphere! We were looking for a nice spot on the beach and this place had some good vegan options. I had the vegan rendang but also the nachos, pizza, cauliflower and spaghetti were very good! It is certainly not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive place on the beach and the Ambiance is very nice!

We loved the food, the ambiance and staff. We usually never do this, but we visited this place two nights in a row. We would recommend the bruschetta it was delicious!

It was like paradise looking directly on the beach enjoying a beautiful lunch whilst the waves crashed against the wall! We had visited the restaurant the day before and enjoyed a drink whilst watching the waves rolling towards the shore with boats bobbing in the swell . The view committed us to book a table with the manager Kadek the following day for lunch. The welcome from the staff was warming which equaled the warming sun shining through the shack style atmosphere of the restaurant . Food was equal in my opinion to the food served in many restaurants in the Caribbean especially Barbados who offers many of the top restaurants in the world.The only difference is the cost in this restaurant is a lot less than you would pay in the Caribbean restaurants.We had a wonderful afternoon and would encourage others to enjoy both the food hospitality and above all the stunning views of the beach and the ocean in all its glory..

Wonderful service from start to finish. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for their customers. Yus is an absolute gem - she made us feel so welcomed, checked in on us regularly and she felt like a friend we knew for years, chatting and laughing. Cannot recommend Hai enough for the amazing views of the sunset, a lovely atmosphere, exceptional food with lovely portions (having good vegan/vegetarian options is always a bonus) and reasonably priced. Really nice lunch! We wanted to visit mushroom bay on our visit. We whats app restaurant and arranged the free pick up and drop off service,which is excellent. We had a table reserved looking right at the beach and had a really good lunch and drinks.Really good service. We were able to enjoy a few drinks at the lower pool and kids played at beach while we had a few drinks. Really great afternoon spent here. Asked at bar to drop off and cart waiting in 5 minutes. Will definitely return and possibly look at staying at accommodation side next time.

Hai bar and Grill was so good we came back for a second time a night later. The service was perfect and so friendly. Yus was our waitress and she told us all about the island, a big highlight of our trip! The grilled seafood and fish was incredible. Highly recommend! Hai Tide in Lembongan you are beautiful! Amazing service through and through. We got picked up from our villa and it was happy hour. The Food was really good but the service was even better. Exceptional - don’t miss this spot for dinner by the sea! This is not a spot to miss in mushroom bay! The service is incredible and the food is just as exceptional. We had the cauliflower to start then the beef tenderloin and the Rendang curry - everything was cooked to perfection with great seasoning. This is one of the best meals, with service & wine we’ve had in Bali. Make sure you stop by!

Super!! The restaurant is located on the beach and has a magical atmosphere. It offers a free shuttle that comes to every hotel on the island to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel. The food is also very good and the service staff are very courteous and friendly. There are also vegan and vegetarian dishes.

The perfect spot on Nusa Lembongan for a sunset drink and dinner! We headed to Hai Ri Zen for a sunset dinner at Mushroom Beach and were not disappointed! The restaurant is supremely located right on the beach, with perfect views of the sunset. The food was delicious, the drinks were lovely and the service was some of the best that we have had on Nusa Lembongan. In particular, Pebri, our waitress, was super friendly and helpful, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! We had a few small plates and one big plate to share - the barramundi, prawns, watermelon and feta salad, and the beef medallions. They were all excellent! Hot tip: book a table and get to the restaurant in time to head down to the beach as the sun begins to set. The restaurant has free pick-up and drop-off transport from your accommodation, which is great! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back!

Hai Ri Zen is the best restaurant in Nusa Lembongan by far. The food is incredible and the service provided by the lovely Ayu was even better! I cannot recommend this location more highly and it will definitely be a ritual on every visit to the island. I could not fault Hai Ri Zen, and it was the best dining experience of my trip to Bali. I only wish I had this standard of service and food in Australia!

Best on Lembongan! The recently renovated Hai Ri Zen was a fantastic dining experience that delivered the highest standards in every department. The lovely Ayu was assigned to our table and her level of service was incredible! The food quality was easily the finest of the trip, and I’m still remembering the flavors as I make my journey home. It was my stepdaughters 16th and it was the perfect venue to dress up a little for some fine dining on the island. They even provided a complimentary dessert and had all the team sing happy birthday to her. Hai Ri Zen will now be a ritual every time I visit Lembongan. I cannot recommend more highly!

Unexpected delight! We walked into Hai Ri Zen without a booking and unsure if a table would be available. The restaurant host Junee was extremely helpful and welcomed us immediately. He brought us cold towels, which were refreshing, to say the least and set us up with cool drinks straight away! The range of food on the menu is varied and covers pasta, seafood and vegetable options. The dishes are well presented, and each one tasted fresh and light. We were so impressed we booked a table for our last night! Go early and have a drink at the small tables. Watch the sunset and like us, you may catch a glimpse of a pod of dolphins frolicking in the ocean. Fabulous food, great service with a relaxed atmosphere. Nothing is too much for the staff, they go the extra mile to ensure your enjoyment.

No Wonder it’s No 1! A must visit for great food, service and location. We went for dinner and were served by Fanny, who was fantastic. Lots of food and drink options. We had dumplings to start, then barramundi and chicken ballotine for mains. All delicious!

Introduction to Nusa Lembongan! We dined here on our first night after arriving late afternoon to the island. The location of the restaurant right on the beach was a great first experience. This restaurant is one of the top dining spots on the island and did not disappoint. Meals, drinks and service was spot on. A little more expensive for the area, but worth it.

Excellent! If you're looking for a place to eat and are prepared to spend a little more to get top quality, look no further. This is where you want to go. The food is as fresh as fresh can be and very well prepared. The service is excellent. Pebri made sure that all was perfect. We'll be back.

A fantastic location with a very pleasant atmosphere right on the beach. We were here in the evening and had a very tasty and wonderfully prepared dinner. Also a big compliment to the service, which is very professional and extremely courteous. The food is served in warm plates and very quickly. Finally, we recommend the warm apple pie. One of the best places to eat here on Nusa Lembongan.

Perfection! We had a wonderful evening here! The sharing concept with all the smaller dishes is great! The dishes are tasty, the drinks are delicious, and the service is super friendly! We are from Belgium ourselves and fell back (in a positive way) when we got the bill! We paid approximately 50 euros for 5 dishes (it is recommended to choose 2 to 3 dishes per person, and we were more than full with 5 plates! The portions are generous), 2 mocktails, a large bottle of water and a glass of wine. Be sure to ask about the pick-up and drop-off service that they offer for free on the island! Then you don't have to come to the restaurant on your scooter!

Stunning waterfront location with wonderful sunset views. The service was impeccable, the servers were attentive to our needs and even clarified which dishes were not Halal. From start to finish, every dish was delicious. I highly recommend this place. Special thanks to Pebri, Bagus and Nanda for their excellent service. Although the prices are a little higher, the quality is there.

Quality! Idealic setting on the water at Mushroom Bay. The restaurant offers small plate meals which are best shared. The menu has a wide variety of choices with everything from Gnocchi to Wagyu beef and seafood. We tried as many as we could amongst a group of 12 and could not find fault with any of the food. Staff were very friendly and attentive. From our experience Hai Ri Zen is a class above most other places in Lembongan.

Beautiful place, with lots of atmospheric light chains left and delicious sounds from the sea. And the little things they do, such as bringing cold cloths and putting napkins in your lap, make you almost afraid that you have ended up in a place that is too expensive for your budget. But when the food is also amazingly good, the prices completely normal and you have the world's friendliest waiter named Nanda, then the evening will be perfect. Highly recommended!

Best food and setting on the beach! Best food on the island. Gorgeous setting on the beach with such a romantic feel and lighting. We ate here 2 nights in a row. The food was excellent. The spinach ravioli was the best I have ever eaten. The pasta so silky light and perfect. Our waitress Ayu was amazing and made both our nights very memorable. They offer pick up and drop off to your hotel, and the food and service was truly 5 star. If you are Nusa Lembongan, do yourself a favour and eat here. Try and get there before sunset (we just missed it) as the view would have been magic.

Amazing day! We spent the day with Bali Hai as a family of four - we took our 2 children (5and 9) and we had an incredible day. We spent the morning on the pontoon doing snorkeling and had a ride on the banana boat. Lunch was delicious and the beach was beautiful. I would 100% recommend you take the tour of the island also. Must do in Bali! I recommend this Beach Club Cruise to anyone visiting Bali for the first time, or even locals looking for a fun-filled day out. It was an absolute blast! The package is packed with exciting activities like a scenic cruise, a delicious lunch at a stunning resort, snorkeling, thrilling banana boat rides, and an unforgettable ocean slide. I personally couldn't get enough of the banana boat and the slide. The crew was fantastic, incredibly friendly, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I want to give a special shoutout to Asri for being so helpful and kind.

Absolutely beautiful place ! Last stop on our Indonesian honeymoon, and what a place! Nice and clean rooms, with a beautiful beach view from our hut and bed. Super friendly staff that made sure we were completely satisfied with our stay. Augus(hope I’m spelling it correctly) the resort manager was always around doing a little bit of everything and made sure nobody had anything to complain about ! Without a doubt made our top 5 list of best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Oh, and the food in the restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious !

We went there for a Christmas lunch and kept on coming back! There food is consistently amazing and their service is second to none. We had a large party and these people never skipped a beat. They organised pick up's and drop off and were always on time.

Pleasant resort for all age groups! Total paradise on the island. Definitely one of the better experiences on our trip around Bali. If possible, book a cabin by the water and enjoy the sunset. There are two pools with different depths. The place also has 2 restaurants attached with different menus. Would love to come again.

Relax in Paradise! My wife and I stayed in June 2024 for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. The Resort is Paradise well away from the intensity that is mainland Bali. It was definitely worth the trip to get there and we would definitely go back for another week-long vacation.The venue is picturesque, clean, tidy, private, secure, comfortable and in the most amazing location nestled on the beach between 2 cliffs in Mushroom Bay . The beach is actually as it looks in the photos with clean white sand and turquoise blue waters and was safe and pleasant to swim in when we were there.The restaurant and restaurant/bar are amazing with unbeatable food, service, views and a relaxed comfortable atmosphere. The pools are warm, clean and a pleasure to swim in. The owners invest heavily in their staff and their training and should be rewarded in the knowledge that the level of service by the restaurant, bar and kitchen staff is equivalent to some of the best restaurants in Perth.We stayed in beachfront Lembung #8 which was set back a little but suited us perfectly as it still had amazing ocean views. It was secure, comfortable and cosy and it was great to leave the aircon off, windows wide open (awesome full mosquito nets around the bed) and enjoy the breeze and sound of the ocean at night. We both slept extremely well. The rooms are quickly and efficiently made up in the mornings and then again in the evening with beds turned down, mosquito nets set and a number of other little touches that we haven’t seen in years.The staff are all friendly, professional, courteous, engaging, helpful and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your time at the resort. The Manager Agus, Restaurant Managers Yus and Kadek all deserve special mention; you guys were amazing, clearly you all love your jobs and it reflects in your professionalism and rubs off on the rest of your staff who were all likewise excellent and a credit to themselves, your leadership, and the Resort. Loved everything about this resort! This resort is amazing with the most lovely staff from the manager through to the wait staff. We had an cosy oceanfront room with the most stunning view of the ocean right from your bed. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves. All the water in the resort is UV filtered so we could shower, brush our teeth etc without worrying. Water bottles are also provided daily. The breakfast selection was great and the French toast just melts in your mouth ( in fact all the breads were incredibly soft ). The pontoon was well worth a visit. There is a fun slide, glass wall underwater viewing room, learners scuba diving with highly qualified instructors, banana boat rides and more. There are lifejackets and lifeguards. My favorite was snorkeling over their coral reef restoration project. You can see the difference they have made by the abundance of brightly colored fish in that area.

A breathtaking stay! Amazing stay at this gorgeous place. The most breathtaking views from the doorstep of our beachfront lumbungs. We had two lumbungs for our family of four which were kindly positioned next to each other. Both lumbungs were comfortable and provided everything you could need. Lovely food and drinks at both restaurants. The pizzas were a favourite. A trip out onto the pontoon for some fun is a must do. Staff were lovely, kind and attentive. We are already planning our next stay!

Fantastic! Beautiful resort with great facilities. 3 different restaurants/ bars. 2 are right on the beach. Gorgeous little huts that are clean, modern, cosy and comfortable. Linen and mosquito netting are all new and fresh. Staff are brilliant. Free inclusions too!

Amazing Beach Experience! We stayed in one of the villas down by the beach and it was an incredible experience to be that close to the sea and to wake up with the sound of the ocean. We were in a beach hut near to the restaurant so it was a bit noisy but everything else was great. The breakfast is very filling and there are lots of food choices for dinner and lunch. The hotel has their own pontoon with access to water sport activities as well and a free boat there and back!

Great location, beautiful surrounding right next to the beach, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit.

Wife and I again had the pleasure of spending a few nights at this wonderful resort. I was curious as to how things would be on this island after Covid but it seems busier than ever and this resort is in fantastic condition. The resort restaurants (there are 2 now) produce what i think are the best meals on the island. The views from both are just amazing with both on the edge of Mushroom Bay. If you're lucky enough, you'll see dolphins swim by while having breakfast and we'll happily spend hours just sitting at the beach front tables, drinking cold beers and cocktails whilst watching the boats load and unload people travelling to and from the mainland. If you have the chance to get away from the mainland , even for a daytrip, it is well worth your while. We always travel from Bali to Nusa Lembongan via Bali Hai Cruises, they pick you up from your hotel, get you to the island in an hour and half or so, provide a wonderful BBQ Lunch, let you use the resort facilities including their their snorkel platform, then get you back to your hotel in the evening. I highly recommend a trip to Nusa Lembongan, even if it's just for a day; I assure you, it will be worth your while.

Superb! I spent 3 magical and very relaxing days in the beautiful and unique beachfront bungalow. Food and service was great and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint was - I didn't want to leave!! I will definitely return.

Ocean rafting in Nusa Penida! Really unique experience. We decided to visit Nusa Penida through Ocean Rafting adventure cruise and it was really a winning choice. Our Guide, Arya, was attentive at all times to our needs and guided us on a wonderful route full of nature, breathtaking landscapes and snorkeling. We saw manta rays, colorful fish of all kinds, a nice barrier and even cute monkeys. Water and food at will! Absolutely recommended!

Ocean Rafting: Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan Day Tour! Spectacular day tour from Bali to Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan. It was a real luck to be accompanied on this trip by our Guide Arya and her super professional team. First stops for snorkeling in Manta Bay and Angel Billabong, where we admired a colorful coral reef full of fish, even large ones. We continued with the off-road tour of Nusa Penida, a pristine tropical paradise with breathtaking views of its towering cliffs. Last stop on Lembongan Island where we relaxed in the beautiful Mushroom Bay after a hearty lunch, before returning to Bali. Really highly recommended!

The sunset cruise was fantastic, on time departure and great sunset views. The buffet dinner was great, food was fresh and tasted great. There was live entertainment a singer followed by a great dance performance. We requested a honeymoon decorations and we got the best decorations with flowers and a special celebration and song onboard. One thing we liked was that the food and show were in the main deck so it was covered and not in the open weather.

Lively, fun, entertaining and beautiful! It was an absolute pleasure to enjoy our evening on this cruise. The staff was caring and lively. Welcome drinks were served as soon as we boarded. We had nice photo session. The dinner was lovely and it was specially warm. In the end we had dance performances and we all danced on few dance numbers. I recommend you to go for a trip on this cruise. Just perfect evening.

I had the most wonderful experience. I was there to celebrate my birthday and the staff made me feel so special. They made a cake display and gave me and another birthday boy a free drink. There was live singing during the dinner...the singer had an amazing voice and the band played well. Then came the SHOW. The show was so entertaining. The performers clearly enjoy what they do and are very good at getting the crowd involved. The staff overall was amazing. They helped us find the best photo spots, seamlessly busted the tables and made suggestions and were just so friendly. Especially Amal and Puri were so kind to us. They really made my birthday fee special. Absolutely worth the price. 10/10 recommended!!!!

High-class dining and entertainment on quiet waters! While the weather didn't co-operate (the sunset was hidden by clouds!), the cruise around Benoa Harbour was great. Then followed a magnificent buffet dinner, which, in turn, was followed by a fantastic cabaret floor show. So with everyone fired up at the end of the show, the cast and crew invited the guests to join in the dancing and celebrating what had been a wonderful experience for all. No-one wanted to leave! Highly recommended.

The Great Dinner Cruise! Everything was great. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They made sure we were given everything we requested. The drinks started the moment we got on the boat and were strong and delicious. The food was great and plentiful: especially the chicken. The view was great: orange and purple skies.

Had the best time at Bali Hai staying in a beachfront lumbung… kids ran between the pools and the beach and watched outdoor movies under the stars!!! The staff were INCREDIBLE - special shout-out to Agus who went above and beyond every day. The cocktails were amazing, food at both restaurants so delicious and the grounds are beautifully kept and clean. Couldn’t fault it - so great for families, we went with another family and will be booking again!!!

We have just had a fabulous time at the Hai Tide resort. 10 days of perfection, great little huts on the beach with the essentials. Excellent Brekky. Magnificent ocean water to swim in, and x2 pools for the kids to flip between. Also had yummy dinners out and private snorkel tour with a local we met on the beach. We will be back. Hai Tide is the hotel for adults with children who want to relax on holiday. The pool and the accommodation units are right down on the beach, which makes it easy to swim in the sea even if the children want to play in the pool. Facilities including snorkeling, banana boat and SUP were a delight for my son. There were many nice families there (mostly from Australia), all children playing together across nations and ages. Great! The massage at the hotel was both cheap and good.

Fabulous location on the best swimming beach, with accommodation to suit the surroundings. We loved our stay here , staff and restaurant great and always ice cold beer. Perfect for couples and families

Great experience at the MARGARITAVILLE! Jul 2024 • Family As a family this was our first time doing water activities and we really enjoyed the Snorkeling, banan boat and the waterside into the sea. The food at the beach house was lovely and display was beautiful. We were particularly impressed with the paramedic help with sea sickness our daughter had and they were well prepared with sickness tables etc.

We found this gem randomly on google maps :) We dived every day with these guys, and every dive was a super experience. All the instructors were friendly, smiley and helpful. Bali Hai Diving was amazing! 10 out of 10, service, experience, dive, friendliness of staff, great and professional! We went out to Manta point, crystal bay, saw sea turtles, mantas, and 10000 fish.

A great refresher experience! I did a refresher dive after 12 years since I last dove and it was straight forward and easy! Shop is right next to the beach and where I was staying which is ideal, the reef was a short 5 minute boat ride and Rafi was a sound instructor. Rafi's passion for the reef and marine wildlife was obvious and he even snapped and shared some pics of me diving for free! A massive added perk. The reef is actually undergoing restoration and you can learn about it and see the restoration in action on the dive rig. They own a restaurant with sea views in mushroom bay and you get a free lunch voucher after the dive which is another cool perk. For a refresher dive experience I couldn't have asked for more. Overall a very happy customer and wish the team all the best 👍

Impeccable service and top notch dive! These guys are amazing! Great service, quality equipment and instructor Rafianto went above and beyond to give me an incredible dive experience and help me get my dive confidence back. He was thoughtful and had a very calming energy ( he also took the best dive photos of me I've ever had in 20 plus years of diving!) The lunch that comes with the dive package is also totally delicious!

Great scuba diving centre! Great experience. Very friendly people taking care of everything. Safety and wellbeing is on the first place. The scuba diving course that was provided to my kids was on very high level. I can also recommend scuba diving in Manta Point and Crystal Bay.

Dive Master Komang was exceptionally good in his briefing and underwater attention. We have dived extensively in Indonesia. We rate Menjangan very highly for Coral diversity and fish life plus no current makes for an easy dive. Easy and relaxing with great scenery. The whole team at Bali hi Menjangan were very professional and attentive. In every respect, we will be back.

It was a nice experience to be accompanied by Bali Hai Diving Adventures Menjangan. They were friendly and taught me a funny hand language to communicate about fish species under the water. The location is inside the resort itself. So you can always walk in to make an appointment. North Bali is definitely a perfect place to dive!

After a 6 year gap due to growing family and covid this was our first venture back into diving. Our dive guide Komang was excellent - great fun and relaxing diving whilst also being very professional and ensuring the diving was nice and safe. We enjoyed our pre-booked diving so much that we even booked a couple of extra days.As for the dive sites, they were equally excellent. We managed to see turtles, and eagle ray, plenty of moray and some reef sharks as well as the usual plethora of colourful fish. The centre was extremely accomodating and also managed to lay on a special trip to the Liberty wreck - which is quite a trek but on our bucket list so I was really pleased when they could set that up.

Adventures with Bali hai is well prepared. All the tools, towels, drinks and lunch are included. Guides is pro, feels safe during the adventures. Snorkling, dive day and night is available. Thanks to pak Toha, Komang dan Ketut who makes this activities memorable.
