From the moment we were picked up by Agus (Resort Manager) we knew we were going to be looked after. Agus and his team provided some of the best service ever experienced in the Bali region, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Any minor issues were dealt with swiftly and nothing was too much trouble.We stayed in the 2 bedroom pool villa and it was absolutely beautiful. Total island luxury. The level of cleanliness was superb. The pool was clean and cool, the outdoor bathrooms were luxurious, the air conditioning was perfect… honestly, there is little to fault with this resort.Breakfast overlooking the turquoise waters of Mushroom bay was a treat every morning. The outdoor movie night was fun, sitting in deck chairs under the stars, drinking cocktails and eating pizza.We loved every minute and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time at Hai Tide with our two boys, aged 11 and 13 years. We all enjoyed the endless water activities on the pontoon and also organised surf lessons and scuba diving. The staff were so warm and hospitable, no matter what your needs they were happy to help. We stayed in the family villa which was incredibly comfortable and gave us more space and a little more privacy. Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at Hai Tide. We had a 2 bedroom pool villa which I couldn’t fault. Lovely big beds, bathrooms, and all extremely clean. The only one thing that might concern some is that the rooms aren’t connected. If you have young kids they can seem a bit far away and both bedrooms open onto a cabana style open living space.The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. And a great breakfast included each morning. Kids loved being able to use the pontoon with slide, banana boat and viewing chamber!! And many a happy hour spent in the pool!! Only thing is the chlorine might be a bit in the high side.We’ll be back for sure!!
