We had a great day on the reef cruise. Service was awesome and the tour was super organized. Great family day out. Activities were better suited to older kids as my 5yo was petrified of all the options! The food at the beach club was amazing - kids really enjoyed the pool there too.

Family first snorkeling and boat experience in Bali with young children! I’m currently in Bali staying in Nusa Dua and booked this tour at my hotel. We were collected from the hotel “The Grand Mirage” by “Bali hai” company van which had air conditioning and was very comfortable. We went directly to the port and were Greeted warmly by all the staff. We then were guided onto the boat and taken care of throughout the experience. My children (aged 10 and 7) enjoyed the snorkeling experience and the beach stop over. My youngest son felt sick due to the motion on the boat. However, Bali Hai, had a medic and helpers who gave him anti sickness medicine and kept checking up on him throughout the day. The team took care of us and all the team were so pleasant and helpful too. Amalia who was one of the crew remembers was incredible - took care of us and was very helpful too. Great family vibes and DJ to get make everyone feel at ease. Highly recommend this experience for families.

Excellent! Excellent cruise trip. Activities like Snorkeling, banana boat and water slides and view chamber are amazing. Beautifully organized, excellent food and beverages during the trip. Memorable moments to cherish.

Extraordinary! Dian was absolutely, the whole Bali Hai Team have been absolutely amazing from the beginning to the very end of my experience. There is always a person with a helping hand and smiling face every you go. I have done the Nusa Penida and now back for a second trip to Nusa Lembongan Island and Reef Cruise. Snorkeling is amazing, floating pontoon is super fun with many different activities. The beach club has amazing food and drinks - and relaxing time. I highly recommend this experience and company for solo or family travelers.

Sun, surf, and dive bombs! Awesome day spent in the sun and surf. An hour snorkeling, dropping bombs off the dive board and then across to the island for an amazing lunch, swim, and paddle boarding. Loved it, get along!!!

Amazing and highly recommended! The reef cruise was excellent. They treated us so well with so much love and respect and care. We recommend them highly and hope to travel with them again. The beach club was the best and the activities and the lunch offered was just amazing!. Very family friendly and hospitable staff. The crew on board were great and catered to all our needs and comforts.

From the start to the finish we were looked after so well. The views were amazing . Loved the pontoon and the water activities and banana boat. Then to Lembongan Island for lunch and another swim. The staff were amazing so polite and accommodating. It is well worth doing the Reef Cruise a most enjoyable day. We would highly recommend the cruise. The staff were very professional and attentive to our needs. Thank you to all involved and Amalie you were so kind . Had a fantastic day even the thunderstorm did not put a downer on the day . The sea was so beautiful! ! I participated in scuba diving! The coral reef was beautiful! The guide was kind and it was a great experience! Friends, families, and couples can all enjoy it! ! Lunch was also buffet style and I was very satisfied!

Absolutely wonderful day. Cruised to beach club. Swimming and kayaking. Such fun. Lunch simply delicious ++. Relaxing after lunch tour of seaweed farm and village. Great service everyone so polite and happy. Service on boat excellent. Music great. Had a wonderful days to remember. Would go on bali hai cruise again. Highly recommend.
