So relaxing and enjoyable. Food was excellent and service fantastic. White table cloth service and private tables for each couple/group. Would do it again!

Our evening aboard the Bali Hai was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, everything was flawless — the views were breathtaking, the entertainment was lively and fun, and the whole atmosphere was magical as the sun set over the water. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service we received, especially from our waitress, Anggi. She was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her friendly smile and professionalism truly added a personal touch to the night. Highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Bali — it’s the perfect way to end the day. A definite 10/10!

Bali Hai Cruises were exceptional. We got a private cruise with a beautiful band and a sumptuous five-course meal. Our server was amazing and made sure that we had the best night. This was our final day in Bali and we capped it off beautifully. Terima kasih! We will be back at the same time and place next year.
