We had the most magical stay at Bali Hai Tide Resort! Our beach hut was idyllic in every way — beautifully set by the ocean, peaceful, and full of charm. The entire team was so friendly, gracious, and always eager to help, making us feel completely at home. Every moment was filled with warmth and relaxation.

We have stayed at Hai Tide Resort in Nusa Lembongan 4 times now with our last 2 stays in 2024 and 2025 each 3 weeks long. We love this island and resort. The resort is on the best beach on the island where you can swim and snorkel off the beach. The resort has a pontoon close to the surf breaks. Lembongan is a quieter island and does not cater to those that want to party. Hai Tide has beautifully clean Lumbungs with day beds underneath. The gardens and surrounds are lovely. The manager, Agus, is fabulous, as are all of the staff at the resort, extremely kind and friendly and Nothing is too much trouble. Hai Bar and Grill serves a great variety for breakfast, great lunches on the beach and very good food for dinner. The service is quick and happy! Behind the resort is a small village with mini marts, massages and plenty of eateries for choice. The local Lembongan people are delightful and helpful in getting around the island and organizing boat trips. We cannot fault anything at this resort, it is our happy place and we will be returning next year.

My wife and my two kids had a great time in this place, great service, excellent location and very nice for kids! The food at the restaurant was awesome the staff super friendly and super helpful, activities for kids all the time we can relax but also get busy with the kids by going to the pontoon where the kids can enjoy some water activities!

I have stayed at Hai Tide resort twice now. Once with my family in a family beachfront lumbung and the second time on a girls trip with 3 mums and their 3 daughters. Each time was amazing and I cant wait to return again! The bathrooms were spotless in both of the accommodations I stayed in, the rooms were clean and the villa pool was perfect. In terms of the location, you can't get a better spot in Nusa Lembongan - walking to restaurants and cafes... loved my morning coffee at Mushroom espresso.

A perfect end to our trip, right next to the beach and with an unparalleled sea view. The staff is attentive and friendly. The thatched huts are on the first floor and aren't overly large, but everything is spotless and clean. Breakfast is a menu choice.
