we booked a two bedroom pool villa. It was so perfect walking in. Tropical oasis. beautiful pool. Stunning villa. Netted four posted beds with turn-down service. The resort had two other pools. And the resort is right on the beach of Mushroom Bay. White sand, no rubbish, just coral. Boats bobbing in the calm sea. Restaurants along the beach, beautiful at night. Perfect location, stunning views. Just make sure they have fixed the air-con in the second bedroom of villa 2 before you book this villa. They tried 3 times to fix it, but still not working properly when we left. And for the money we paid, there should be working air-con.

We left today and already miss Hai Tide resort. The location is exceptional nowhere prettier on the island. Accomodation for our family of 5 in a brand new 2 bedroom villa was perfect ! The activities provided were great - the options of different pools and an amazing beach to choose from - best ! The staff were so attentive and warm and a special shout out to Nic at the restaurant - who provided such personal care to our family - it is a really special place - highly recommend!

Out of this world!! It was the most amazing place I have ever been to. I was in paradise! The staff were amazing and attentive, both restaurants served amazing food, and the facilities were superb. I can’t wait to go back! I only stayed 3 nights, wish I had stayed a whole week or more!

We were lucky enough to have our wedding at this beautiful resort. The staff were amazing and the food was spectacular. Hari Zen did not disappoint for service or quality of food. The staff were attentive and provided amazing service. The wedding assistance from Dominque was second to none. The 2 bedroom villa we stayed in was amazing and clean and spacious with a private pool. The beach is clean and beautiful. What a location.

We had 5 special nights here in a 2 bedroom pool villa. From the moment we pulled up on the beautiful beach in from of the resort we were treated like VIPs. Agus the resort manager was there to personally greet us and informed us that our villa was ready for us and it was only 10:00 in the morning. The villa is stunning and so much space. 2 large bedrooms both with gorgeous outside bathrooms. The central open plan living, dining, kitchen area had seating for 14 people and opened onto the pool which was a great size. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped with the lumbungs and villas nestled within the gorgeous gardens and opening onto the turquoise waters of mushroom bay. The 2 restaurants are open air with the water lapping at the base. Food at both was fabulous. Breakfast at the waterfront Hai bar was a highlight of everyday and set the tone of the day, it was so peaceful and relaxing. Agus was there every morning to greet us and make sure everything was ok with our stay. The brekkies were al a carte and enough choices to not get bored. Scrambled eggs were some of the best i have ever eaten. The resort backs onto the main street of mushroom bay which was oh so chilled with enough great warungs and bars to try out to not get bored. Not a busy area but really chilled. Everyone is on island time and is far removed from the busy streets of southern Bali. I have stayed at many hotels and resorts of all styles and budgets throughout Lembongan and Bali, and although this may lack in the facilities of the big box uber resorts, it has should and certainly wins with its charm, personality and service, and was by far a favourites with the whole family. A very special place that i feel we will return to for many years to come.
