A MUST RECOMMENDED STAY! The place feels like heaven, food is great and there's so much to do while enjoying the beach. You can go for kayaking, Snorkeling and pool games without paying extra. The people are sweet and helpful. The resort also offers private villa and a village tour of the island.

I would recommend to newlywed couples to definitely visit at Hai Tide if planning to come to Bali!! Best place! It was an amazing experience visiting Hai Tide Resort location is mesmerising and the people has a very loving gesture shown by them. We have really had a great time here, full private rooms with securities and fully covered with greenery all around.

A VERY SPECIAL PLACE! We had 5 special nights here in a 2 bedroom pool villa. From the moment we pulled up on the beautiful beach in from of the resort we were treated like VIPs. Agus the resort manager was there to personally greet us and informed us that our villa was ready for us and it was only 10:00 in the morning. The villa is stunning and so much space. 2 large bedrooms both with gorgeous outside bathrooms. The central open plan living, dining, kitchen area had seartng for 14 people and opened onto the pool which was a great size. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped with the lumbungs and villas nestled within the gorgeous gardens and opening onto the turquoise waters of mushroom bay. The 2 restaurants are open air with the water lapping at the base. Food at both was fabulous. Breakfast at the waterfront hai bar was a highlight of everday and set the tone of the day, it was so peaceful and relaxing. Agus was there every morning to greet us and make sure everything was ok with our stay. The brekkies were al a carte and enough choices to not get bored. Scrambled eggs were some of the best i have ever eaten. The resort backs onto the main street of mushroom bay which was oh so chilled with enough great warungs and bars to try out to not get bored. Not a busy area but really chilled. Everyone is on island time and is far removed from the busy streets of southern Bali. I have stayed at many hotels and resorts of all styles and budgets throughout lembongan and bali, and although this may lack in the facilities of the big box uber resorts, it has sould and certainly wins with its charm, personality and service, and was by far a favourite with the whole family. A very special place that i feel we will return to for many years to come.

The Perfect Christmas Stay! We have had a beautiful Christmas break at Hai Tide and highly recommend it. The staff are beautiful and welcoming, the pools are wonderful and the beach is on your door step. The pontoon, banana boat rides and snorkeling that is all Included with your stay is amazing and everything runs smoothly. Both resturants are wonderful and there are so many warungs, shops and massages walking distance. I can't wait to be back again in the future. Thank you!

The Perfect Getaway! Just returned from our fifth stay at this wonderful resort. Again we stayed in a beachfront lumbung and enjoyed it every bit as much as our first stay. The location is magnificent. You are right on Mushroom Bay and the fact that the resort has two pools and two excellent restaurants means you needn’t really go anywhere else, particularly if you’re staying for only a short period. Mind you, we’ve found ourselves staying for longer each time we stay. Staff are efficient and welcoming. Special thanks to the resort manager, Agus, who attended to our every need with cheerful professionalism!

Superb Resort, Location, Facilities! Outstanding Resort. We stayed in one of the Beachfront bungalows which was amazing, the ocean view in the morning as a dream, attention to detail in the bungalow was superb. The food was amazing and the staff couldn’t be more friendly. Will be returning for my 60th Birthday.

Perfect! We stayed for 3 nights in a Garden Lumbung overlooking the pool which was perfect for us and our 5 year old. Could not fault anything. From the transport to the island to the amazing staff and of course the traditional lumbung with super cozy bed. The balcony is the perfect place to relax and take in the atmosphere. Breakfast was great and we dined at both the Hai Bar and Grill and Hai Ri Zen. Both were excellent and well priced. The staff are a credit, nothing was too much trouble. The location is amazing, right on the beach, the water is perfect. The resort had such an impact on our 5 year old that his daily saying is now "I wish we were still on the island". Thanks for having us. We will be back....

I need to come back! JUST WOW. What a place. We had high expectations and were not disappointed. We stayed one night in a lumbung and 2 nights in Villa 1. The lumbungs were fantastic, spacious clean and really unique but the villa was something else. The photos doesn't do it justice. I felt like a celeb! The pool was fantastic, the open plan living area beautiful and 2 well appointed en suite rooms. One evening we got room service delivered which was great. The staff were all attentive and always willing to help and advise. The food at hai ri zen was spot on as was breakfast. After a busy day sight seeing, coming back to hai tide felt really special. We would love to come back. Special thanks to the resort manager who helped us out with an issue. I didnt want to leave.

The Hai Tide Beach are is wonderful place to stay. The accommodation is situated right on Mushroom Bay one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. If the owner is reading this you hit the jackpot hiring the manager Angus. I cannot praise him enough. He is friendly and welcoming and spends his day ensuring all the guests are happy with their accommodation, meals at the restaurant and anything else to do with the resort. He goes well above and beyond to make sure his guests have all their needs met. My sister in law was stung by a jellyfish at another beach by the time we got back to The Hai Tide Resort she was not in a good way. We found Angus and he got the first aid staff onto it straight away. I ate a meal outside the resort and ended up with Bali belly. Angus accompanied me to the medical centre on the island and waited while I was treated by a doctor and given medication . The other staff including waitresses, waiters, cleaners and gardeners are so attentive and professional at all times. There are two restaurants at the resort. Both have a wide variety of delicious meals to choose from. The staff can also arrange a romantic dinner for 2 on the beach with your own private waitress. I have stayed at Hai Tide Beach Resort three times in the past 12 months and I can’t wait to go back. Louise and Dean

I just returned from Hai Tide Beach resort with my partner. This resort was top-notch, the service was out standing, being greeted every day with many smile and help whenever needed. They looked after our luggage and made the trip and travel to and from the island easy. The view was stunning, we stayed in a beach front Lumbung so got to enjoy it even more, not to mention the sunsets! We ate at Hai Ri Zen restaurant which was fabulous and gave a more high-end feel, and ate at Hai Bar and Grill many times which had many options and was delicious every time. We also went to the pontoon for snorkling, banana boating, water slide & fish observatory which was fun even as adults! The villa was kept clean throughout the day, had aircon & fan to keep cool. The pool was great as well with heaps of space and options to relax.

Amazing stay at this gorgeous place. The most breathtaking views from the doorstep of our beachfront lumbungs. We had two lumbungs for our family of four which were kindly positioned next to each other. Both lumbungs were comfortable and provided everything you could need. Lovely food and drinks at both restaurants. The pizzas were a favourite. A trip out onto the pontoon for some fun is a must do. Staff were lovely, kind and attentive.
