Relaxing Beach Vacation! This was the perfect relaxing place to stay. I went with a friend and we stayed in the beachfront lumbungs which have the best views. The food at Hai Bar and Grill and Hai Ri Zen was amazing and tasted excellent (would recommend the roasted salad at the bar and grill). Hai Ri Zen had great views of sunset and was easy to make a reservation with. The service was friendly and helpful. They helped arrange a snorkel tour for the two of us to Manta Point and Turtle Bay. We also went out to their Pontoon (which is part of the resort activities you can participate in) and had fun there. I’ve already arranged to come back and am planning on this being my escape from Jakarta in the future. Would also recommend lumbung 3 or 4.

Our stay at Bali Hai Tide Beach Resort was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how comfortable and cozy our rooms were. Staying in Lumbung 3, we were treated to a stunning ocean view, with the sound of waves crashing on the shore providing the perfect soundtrack for relaxation and unwinding. The food was also a highlight of our stay. We had several delicious meals delivered directly to our loungers from the Hai Bar and Grill, including the roasted salad, buffalo cauliflower, and a mouth-watering key lime pie that we couldn’t get enough of. We also dined at Hai Ri Zen twice, and highly recommend the risotto, spinach ravioli, and gnocchi – each dish was outstanding! The drinks were equally impressive and perfectly complemented our meals. The resort also helped organize a snorkeling trip for us to Manta Point and Turtle Bay, which was an unforgettable experience. We loved that the resort has a pontoon for snorkeling and diving, and we even got to enjoy a fun water slide right off the pontoon! Our experience was so incredible that we’ve already booked our return trip and cannot wait to come back. The resort manager was so nice and helpful, we had lovely view's of the ocean and beach. Staff were very nice, great to have them do the evening turn-down of your room, spray for bugs and leave a chocolate and a sweet dream note on your bed each night.

Highly recommended beachside location! Beautiful setting with great access to Mushroom Beach (arguably the best on Lembongan). Lots of great activities included in room price such as stand up paddle boarding, sea kayaking and access to their pontoon with water slide etc. We had a great choice of included breakfast each morning and two for cocktails each night with sunset views over the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly throughout our stay.

Pleasant resort for all age groups! Total paradise on the island. Definitely one of the better experiences on our trip around Bali. If possible, book a cabin by the water and enjoy the sunset. There are two pools with different depths. The place also has 2 restaurants attached with different menus. Would love to come again.

Relax in Paradise! My wife and I stayed in June 2024 for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. The Resort is Paradise well away from the intensity that is mainland Bali. It was definitely worth the trip to get there and we would definitely go back for another week-long vacation. The venue is picturesque, clean, tidy, private, secure, comfortable and in the most amazing location nestled on the beach between 2 cliffs in Mushroom Bay . The beach is actually as it looks in the photos with clean white sand and turquoise blue waters and was safe and pleasant to swim in when we were there. The restaurant and restaurant/bar are amazing with unbeatable food, service, views and a relaxed comfortable atmosphere. The pools are warm, clean and a pleasure to swim in. The owners invest heavily in their staff and their training and should be rewarded in the knowledge that the level of service by the restaurant, bar and kitchen staff is equivalent to some of the best restaurants in Perth. We stayed in beachfront Lembung #8 which was set back a little but suited us perfectly as it still had amazing ocean views. It was secure, comfortable and cosy and it was great to leave the aircon off, windows wide open (awesome full mosquito nets around the bed) and enjoy the breeze and sound of the ocean at night. We both slept extremely well. The rooms are quickly and efficiently made up in the mornings and then again in the evening with beds turned down, mosquito nets set and a number of other little touches that we haven’t seen in years. The staff are all friendly, professional, courteous, engaging, helpful and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your time at the resort. The Manager Agus, Restaurant Managers Yus and Kadek all deserve special mention; you guys were amazing, clearly you all love your jobs and it reflects in your professionalism and rubs off on the rest of your staff who were all likewise excellent and a credit to themselves, your leadership, and the Resort. Loved everything about this resort! This resort is amazing with the most lovely staff from the manager through to the wait staff. We had an cosy oceanfront room with the most stunning view of the ocean right from your bed. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves. All the water in the resort is UV filtered so we could shower, brush our teeth etc without worrying. Water bottles are also provided daily. The breakfast selection was great and the French toast just melts in your mouth ( in fact all the breads were incredibly soft ). The pontoon was well worth a visit. There is a fun slide, glass wall underwater viewing room, learners scuba diving with highly qualified instructors, banana boat rides and more. There are lifejackets and lifeguards. My favorite was snorkeling over their coral reef restoration project. You can see the difference they have made by the abundance of brightly colored fish in that area.

A breathtaking stay! Amazing stay at this gorgeous place. The most breathtaking views from the doorstep of our beachfront lumbungs. We had two lumbungs for our family of four which were kindly positioned next to each other. Both lumbungs were comfortable and provided everything you could need. Lovely food and drinks at both restaurants. The pizzas were a favourite. A trip out onto the pontoon for some fun is a must do. Staff were lovely, kind and attentive. We are already planning our next stay!

Fantastic! Beautiful resort with great facilities. 3 different restaurants/ bars. 2 are right on the beach. Gorgeous little huts that are clean, modern, cosy and comfortable. Linen and mosquito netting are all new and fresh. Staff are brilliant. Free inclusions too!

Amazing Beach Experience! We stayed in one of the villas down by the beach and it was an incredible experience to be that close to the sea and to wake up with the sound of the ocean. We were in a beach hut near to the restaurant so it was a bit noisy but everything else was great. The breakfast is very filling and there are lots of food choices for dinner and lunch. The hotel has their own pontoon with access to water sport activities as well and a free boat there and back!

Great location, beautiful surrounding right next to the beach, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit.

Wife and I again had the pleasure of spending a few nights at this wonderful resort. I was curious as to how things would be on this island after Covid but it seems busier than ever and this resort is in fantastic condition. The resort restaurants (there are 2 now) produce what i think are the best meals on the island. The views from both are just amazing with both on the edge of Mushroom Bay. If you're lucky enough, you'll see dolphins swim by while having breakfast and we'll happily spend hours just sitting at the beach front tables, drinking cold beers and cocktails whilst watching the boats load and unload people travelling to and from the mainland. If you have the chance to get away from the mainland , even for a daytrip, it is well worth your while. We always travel from Bali to Nusa Lembongan via Bali Hai Cruises, they pick you up from your hotel, get you to the island in an hour and half or so, provide a wonderful BBQ Lunch, let you use the resort facilities including their their snorkel platform, then get you back to your hotel in the evening. I highly recommend a trip to Nusa Lembongan, even if it's just for a day; I assure you, it will be worth your while.

Superb! I spent 3 magical and very relaxing days in the beautiful and unique beachfront bungalow. Food and service was great and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint was - I didn't want to leave!! I will definitely return.
