Fantastic boat and island experience, great staff and customer service very organised and informative. Perfect day out with the family exploring Nusa Lembongan island and surrounding aqua waters. The choices of water activities were fantastic and great for all ages. Thanks for a great experience!

Really enjoyed our trip! We scuba'ed, and then played on the Hari beach club. The water was incredibly blue and clear, equivalent to what we saw last year in the Maldives. The boat ride from Bali was longer than we expected however, 90 minutes each way and pretty big waves - make sure you take seasick meds

A great day out although a little pricy. The transport was there to pick up at the hotel as promised. Just us in one car which was nice. Everything was great, food, boat, service. And I like the fact that all the activities were included.

I would highly recommend this day trip. It’s been our third time and keeps getting better. A fun filled day with many experiences, delicious food and lots of fun for everyone!

Our garden view villa was set in beautiful gardens and a cute compact villa with bathroom and downstairs day beds to relax in the shade. The two pools were in beautiful settings with restaurants close by. A highlight for us was free boat drop off to a pontoon in the next bay, with staff helping with the free snorkel gear and life jackets and lockers to put your bag and towel in. There is an area marked with buoys to snorkel where there were plenty of fish to see. There’s also a slide into the water. This runs several times a day. The free breakfast had good choices from a menu.

Location on a beautiful bay from where excursions also depart and the shuttle to the free PONTOON (a floating structure for snorkeling and various free water games). The facility provides free bikes, and entry to Devil's Tears is also free. Good breakfast and restaurant. Very kind staff. Very comfortable bed. Private ATM inside the building, taxis always available.

Incredible location and all things prefect... having our wedding here was the best choice we could have made. To put it all in one review would be impossible to describe appropriately, but not a negative for everything experienced.

Really nice hotel with stunning views. The service was really good and the staff very accommodating. When we had issues with our room we got another one that was much better suited for us. The restaurant Hai Ri Zen on the premises is really good and worth taking a detour for. Walking distance to Devil's Tears, which you don't want to miss if you're in the vicinity.

We came simply for dinner, and they listened to my shortcomings and provided solutions without problems and good quality.

we booked a two bedroom pool villa. It was so perfect walking in. Tropical oasis. beautiful pool. Stunning villa. Netted four posted beds with turn-down service. The resort had two other pools. And the resort is right on the beach of Mushroom Bay. White sand, no rubbish, just coral. Boats bobbing in the calm sea. Restaurants along the beach, beautiful at night. Perfect location, stunning views. Just make sure they have fixed the air-con in the second bedroom of villa 2 before you book this villa. They tried 3 times to fix it, but still not working properly when we left. And for the money we paid, there should be working air-con.

We left today and already miss Hai Tide resort. The location is exceptional nowhere prettier on the island. Accomodation for our family of 5 in a brand new 2 bedroom villa was perfect ! The activities provided were great - the options of different pools and an amazing beach to choose from - best ! The staff were so attentive and warm and a special shout out to Nic at the restaurant - who provided such personal care to our family - it is a really special place - highly recommend!

Out of this world!! It was the most amazing place I have ever been to. I was in paradise! The staff were amazing and attentive, both restaurants served amazing food, and the facilities were superb. I can’t wait to go back! I only stayed 3 nights, wish I had stayed a whole week or more!

We were lucky enough to have our wedding at this beautiful resort. The staff were amazing and the food was spectacular. Hari Zen did not disappoint for service or quality of food. The staff were attentive and provided amazing service. The wedding assistance from Dominque was second to none. The 2 bedroom villa we stayed in was amazing and clean and spacious with a private pool. The beach is clean and beautiful. What a location.

We had 5 special nights here in a 2 bedroom pool villa. From the moment we pulled up on the beautiful beach in from of the resort we were treated like VIPs. Agus the resort manager was there to personally greet us and informed us that our villa was ready for us and it was only 10:00 in the morning. The villa is stunning and so much space. 2 large bedrooms both with gorgeous outside bathrooms. The central open plan living, dining, kitchen area had seating for 14 people and opened onto the pool which was a great size. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped with the lumbungs and villas nestled within the gorgeous gardens and opening onto the turquoise waters of mushroom bay. The 2 restaurants are open air with the water lapping at the base. Food at both was fabulous. Breakfast at the waterfront Hai bar was a highlight of everyday and set the tone of the day, it was so peaceful and relaxing. Agus was there every morning to greet us and make sure everything was ok with our stay. The brekkies were al a carte and enough choices to not get bored. Scrambled eggs were some of the best i have ever eaten. The resort backs onto the main street of mushroom bay which was oh so chilled with enough great warungs and bars to try out to not get bored. Not a busy area but really chilled. Everyone is on island time and is far removed from the busy streets of southern Bali. I have stayed at many hotels and resorts of all styles and budgets throughout Lembongan and Bali, and although this may lack in the facilities of the big box uber resorts, it has should and certainly wins with its charm, personality and service, and was by far a favourites with the whole family. A very special place that i feel we will return to for many years to come.

10/10 would recommend! We came with three adults and one toddler for dinner. We were staying about 15 minute drive away at Jungbatu beach and when we saw the Hai Bar and Grill online, we thought it looked amazing. Extra bonus points for free pick up and drop off! The food was incredible really reasonably priced and the staff were all super super friendly and accommodating of our daughter. The view is incredible no matter where you are seated. Good vibes all around, 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The location of the restaurant is uniquely beautiful by the sea and comfortably and cosily furnished. The dishes, the drinks, and especially the Mocktails were always tasty and freshly prepared. The service was excellent, especially Yus who was always attentive, friendly and helpful. Even if the prices are a little higher than in the neighbouring restaurants, it is well worth a visit.Highly recommend 😊

Stayed at the hotel to which the restaurant belongs so we ate here a number of times including Christmas lunch. The food is mostly Western dishes with 1 or 2 Indonesian classics thrown in. The restaurant has stunning views along the beach 🏝 and the food matches, decent sized portions with a real emphasis on quality. Portion size is on point. Loved the beef rendang here, the pizzas are also very good. Final mention to staff they are always smiling and happy to meet you upon arrival. Excellent service always !

If you are looking for an authentic Balinesian experience Hai Bar is the place for you! We had the grilled barramundi, which was grilled to perfection, and the bruschette, which tasted delicious! As dessert we had the key lime pie. We had a Lembongan martini and a papaya and lime fresh juice, also very good! Not to forget are the staff members which were extremely service-minded and very friendly. Yus, the supervisor, had time to chat with us which was also super nice. We will certainly come back!!!!!

We are regular customers of the restaurant, having recently returned from our fifth stay at the resort. The menu is extensive and the dishes delicious! It’s a sister restaurant to Hai Ri Zen, the more upmarket restaurant at the resort but more than holds its own. Dishes are reasonably priced and the bar serves great cocktails and very good coffee. And the location? It’s right on Mushroom Bay and is just perfect at any time of the day. My only recommendation is than the kitchen offers the occasional special so that those staying for longer periods (as we do) have an additional reason to look forward to dining there. A review of the restaurant wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the staff. They are welcoming and professional. Particular thanks to Yoni and Yus who always make us feel special (as they have become to us) and are large part of why we keep returning to the resort and this restaurant!

This place is amazing! The service is outstanding we had YUS she was perfect - the sunset was beautiful and there was happy hour cocktails and beers which yus made sure we didn’t miss out on. Grilled seafood is a must so fresh and tasty and omg the key lime pie - I died it’s so good!

BEST PLACE TO EAT IN MUSHROOM BEACH! We were in Nusa Lembongan for 6 nights and ate here for every meal!! The food was delicious, with good quality ingredients and always consistent! A big thank you to Yus, Kadek, Nia, Gilly & all the hard working staff who went out of their way everyday to make us feel welcome and comfortable🥰!! Do yourself a favour and eat at Hai Bar and Grill, you won't regret it❤️.

A very good choice! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The Fish and Chips were generous and delicious and my wife said that her Caesar Salad with Chicken was also really tasty. Service was very good and the view of the beach was great. The Hai Bar and Grill was always busy so I would recommend making a reservation.

Excellent food and service with an amazing view! Every table at the Hai Bar and Grill was full which shows the popularity of the wonderful food and service at this restaurant. Our table ordered the Beef Rendang, Grilled Seafood with buttered rice and the Vegan Nachos, along with some of their signature cocktails. Excellent quality and extremely tasty with an amazing view of the ocean. Highly recommended !!

It was like paradise looking directly on the beach enjoying a beautiful lunch whilst the waves crashed against the wall! We had visited the restaurant the day before and enjoyed a drink whilst watching the waves rolling towards the shore with boats bobbing in the swell . The view committed us to book a table with the manager Kadek the following day for lunch. The welcome from the staff was warming which equaled the warming sun shining through the shack style atmosphere of the restaurant . Food was equal in my opinion to the food served in many restaurants in the Caribbean especially Barbados who offers many of the top restaurants in the world.The only difference is the cost in this restaurant is a lot less than you would pay in the Caribbean restaurants.We had a wonderful afternoon and would encourage others to enjoy both the food hospitality and above all the stunning views of the beach and the ocean in all its glory..

Amazing Dining Experience! Such a beautiful location and the food was incredible! They offer a free pick up/drop off service which makes the whole dining experience even more relaxed. I would highly recommend the beef tenderloin. One of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. Yus was a really lovely server who gave us lots of recommendations for the rest of our time in Indonesia! Super!! The restaurant is located on the beach and has a magical atmosphere. It offers a free shuttle that comes to every hotel on the island to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel. The food is also very good and the service staff are very courteous and friendly. There are also vegan and vegetarian dishes.

The best dinner in Nusa Lembongan! The most perfect dinner experience in Nusa Lembongan. With a prime location in front of the beach, this beautiful venue has a magical ambience with fairy lights and chill music. The staff is very attentive and the food is outstanding! Spinach ravioli was sensational, barramundi was very tasty. Big thanks to Febry, the waitress, who made sure we enjoyed our dinner in the best possible way. Five star!!

First of all, the place is beautiful and so charming. For a drink or for dinner. The food was good, I loved the gnocchi's 😍 and it is nice to share a couple of plate to try a bit of everything. Daisy was our waitress and she was absolutely adorable. A perfect combination to have a great evening!

Wonderful dinner by the sea! We had a wonderful evening here. The restaurant, the food, and especially the service have inspired us. The restaurant offers a free pick-up and drop-off service to and from the property. The driver was on time and very friendly, he took us to the restaurant. It was the most beautiful table with direct sea views reserved for us. The staff is super attentive and professional. Especially our waiter INDRA made the evening perfect for us. The food, service, and location were absolutely stunning ! Our waitress, Fanny, was incredibly kind and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. As a lovely surprise, we received a small appetizer on the house to start. We truly appreciated the concept of smaller dishes, as it allowed us to try a variety of flavors. Fantastic food, experience and view at Hai Ri Zen restaurant. The food is amazing and small plates have you the option to try as many as you like but really good sized servings. The staff are friendly, helpful and quick to make you feel comfortable, even arranging pick up and drop off at our accommodation as we were not staying on the resort. It was so good we went on both nights we had on Nusa Lembongan. Dessy was our waitress and we can’t thank her enough for her helpful and friendly Demeanour, thank you Dessy!!!

The whole experience was fantastic! Fanny was so attentive and made the dinner experience exquisite. The food is the best we have had on the island, as well as the drinks. We watched the sun set while the kids ran around on the pristine lawn next to the restaurant. Their homemade ravioli was a highlight, as was the seafood chowder. We can’t recommend them enough. Definitely worth a visit.

We were really excited to come here and it did not disappoint. We had amazing service from Febry!! She was so polite, funny, bubbly and just an all round gem! This was more of an experiment than just going out for a meal. Genuinely the best food I’ve had on my full Bali adventure. Thanks again for an amazing time! If we come visit, we will be back:)

It is one of the best meals with lovely friendly service we have had in Bali. In our group, we had a current chef and a former restaurant owner. We were all blown away by the food. It was different, very tasty, and presented beautifully. The setting and atmosphere by the ocean are second to none. We were looked after by Franny, who was delightful. Thank you so much team. Beautiful place, nice atmosphere, very friendly and professional staff (we were attended by Gede), and the food was superb, good quality and very well presented. We came with our baby and Gede went out of his way to also cater for our little one, he brought cut oranges and helped us with all sorts of things. Unexpected delight! We walked into Hai Ri Zen without a booking and unsure if a table would be available. The restaurant host Junee was extremely helpful and welcomed us immediately. He brought us cold towels, which were refreshing, to say the least and set us up with cool drinks straight away! The range of food on the menu is varied and covers pasta, seafood and vegetable options. The dishes are well presented, and each one tasted fresh and light. We were so impressed we booked a table for our last night! Go early and have a drink at the small tables. Watch the sunset and like us, you may catch a glimpse of a pod of dolphins frolicking in the ocean. Fabulous food, great service with a relaxed atmosphere. Nothing is too much for the staff, they go the extra mile to ensure your enjoyment.

Perfection! We had a wonderful evening here! The sharing concept with all the smaller dishes is great! The dishes are tasty, the drinks are delicious, and the service is super friendly! We are from Belgium ourselves and fell back (in a positive way) when we got the bill! We paid approximately 50 euros for 5 dishes (it is recommended to choose 2 to 3 dishes per person, and we were more than full with 5 plates! The portions are generous), 2 mocktails, a large bottle of water and a glass of wine. Be sure to ask about the pick-up and drop-off service that they offer for free on the island! Then you don't have to come to the restaurant on your scooter!

Best food and setting on the beach! Best food on the island. Gorgeous setting on the beach with such a romantic feel and lighting. We ate here 2 nights in a row. The food was excellent. The spinach ravioli was the best I have ever eaten. The pasta so silky light and perfect. Our waitress Ayu was amazing and made both our nights very memorable. Ayu made sure everything came out at the right time and our drinks were all ways full. Can’t wait to get back to Nusa Lembongan and stay at Hai Tide again. We will be eating at Hai Ri Zen again for sure.

The best meal we had in 2 weeks - truly 5 star service and food! The best meal we had in Indonesia. We found this restaurant by googling 'best restaurant in Nusa Lembongan' and we are so glad we did. They offer pick up and drop off to your hotel, and the food and service was truly 5 star. If you are Nusa Lembongan, do yourself a favour and eat here. Try and get there before sunset (we just missed it) as the view would have been magic.

We had an amazing day of sun and sea with the Bali Hai Beach Cruise. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a leisurely day of swimming, snorkeling, beach, pool time. The service is top notch, starting from hotel pick up, to check in at the pier and catamaran ride. It does get a bit bumpy on the catamaran but the staff is well equipped and trained to help with sea sickness. We first stopped at a platform off the shores of Lembagon where we spent two hours snokerling, swimming in the sea, on the water slide and doing banana boat rides. You can also go scuba diving, walking on the sea floor etc at an extra charge. We then arrived at the Beach Club where we ate a BBQ lunch which was really good. Spent the afternoon in the pool. All in all, a day well spent. There is ample staff around to help everywhere. Quality of service is excellent.

Absolutely beautiful place ! Last stop on our Indonesian honeymoon, and what a place! Nice and clean rooms, with a beautiful beach view from our hut and bed. Super friendly staff that made sure we were completely satisfied with our stay. Augus(hope I’m spelling it correctly) the resort manager was always around doing a little bit of everything and made sure nobody had anything to complain about ! Without a doubt made our top 5 list of best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Oh, and the food in the restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious !

We went there for a Christmas lunch and kept on coming back! There food is consistently amazing and their service is second to none. We had a large party and these people never skipped a beat. They organised pick up's and drop off and were always on time.

Staff and location are amazing. We love mushroom bay. Is a fair way from jungut which is where the main shops and restaurants are. But reasurants in complex are awesome and would definitely stay again.

Well located hotel on a large beach If you take The Tanis Express you will arrive at the Hotel beach 300m on your left when you get off the boat. Very good restaurants. Clean and comfortable room. The pools are very beautiful.

What an amazing experience ! We stayed in a beach front Lumbung and it was perfect watching the sunrise, boats coming in, swimming in the pristine water of mushroom beach. The resort has the 2 best restaurants in the area however only few minutes walk to explore local shops, restaurants , cafe and services. The activities available were extensive and the resort staff were all beautiful, friendly and professional.

Me and my wife had a private sunset cruise with Bali Hai today, We had to go 2 days later than our anniversary as I developed Bali belly. What can i say other than excellent in every way, The driver was such I lovely man to the cruise, and on the return trip, I did not get his name, but he's a credit to the company. The staff on the boat were so understanding and professional that it made us feel like we were very special. There was a band playing romantic songs which was perfect not to noisy but you could hear and interact with them easily The food was absolutely amazing. The chef really knows how to cook and display the food, and it tasted like a 5* chef had produced it. If you're in Bali look it up it's an amazing experience that you should do.

Last week we took the evening dinner cruise on the Bali Hai Aristocrat, with a 5 course a la carte dinner, which was fantastic, so tonight we're back for the Sunset Dinner cruise with buffet. Our included hotel pick up from Seminyak was ready early, so we were at there in plenty of time for a pre dinner drinks before boarding. We were shuttled from the reception centre to the dock to board to be ready to depart 15 minutes early and pulled away at exactly 5:45. Time for a couple more drinks, then the opportunity to take some photos of the beautiful sunset before the buffet was set up and open at 6:30. The food selection was lovely, and there was no shortage of anything, including the prawn cocktails. The thick, rich, creamy pumpkin soup was a highlight as was the crispy chicken with honey ginger sauce and so was the mango mousse that was one of the many dessert options.

We loved our Sunset Dinner Cruise last night - simply the best sunset, views, food, music, entertainment and the staff made our evening so special and memorable. The band played all our favourite songs including Lennon, Elton John, Billy Joel, Ed Sheeran. Special surprise birthday cake and song for me. Thank you!

From the time we were picked up from our hotel, till the time we were dropped off, this experience was first class. We loved the boat ride, the sunset, the new friends we made, the meal, the cocktails and the amazing show by talented performers. Our anniversary was celebrated in style!

We had the most magical stay at Bali Hai Tide Resort! Our beach hut was idyllic in every way — beautifully set by the ocean, peaceful, and full of charm. The entire team was so friendly, gracious, and always eager to help, making us feel completely at home. Every moment was filled with warmth and relaxation.

We have stayed at Hai Tide Resort in Nusa Lembongan 4 times now with our last 2 stays in 2024 and 2025 each 3 weeks long. We love this island and resort. The resort is on the best beach on the island where you can swim and snorkel off the beach. The resort has a pontoon close to the surf breaks. Lembongan is a quieter island and does not cater to those that want to party. Hai Tide has beautifully clean Lumbungs with day beds underneath. The gardens and surrounds are lovely. The manager, Agus, is fabulous, as are all of the staff at the resort, extremely kind and friendly and Nothing is too much trouble. Hai Bar and Grill serves a great variety for breakfast, great lunches on the beach and very good food for dinner. The service is quick and happy! Behind the resort is a small village with mini marts, massages and plenty of eateries for choice. The local Lembongan people are delightful and helpful in getting around the island and organizing boat trips. We cannot fault anything at this resort, it is our happy place and we will be returning next year.

My wife and my two kids had a great time in this place, great service, excellent location and very nice for kids! The food at the restaurant was awesome the staff super friendly and super helpful, activities for kids all the time we can relax but also get busy with the kids by going to the pontoon where the kids can enjoy some water activities!

I have stayed at Hai Tide resort twice now. Once with my family in a family beachfront lumbung and the second time on a girls trip with 3 mums and their 3 daughters. Each time was amazing and I cant wait to return again! The bathrooms were spotless in both of the accommodations I stayed in, the rooms were clean and the villa pool was perfect. In terms of the location, you can't get a better spot in Nusa Lembongan - walking to restaurants and cafes... loved my morning coffee at Mushroom espresso.

A perfect end to our trip, right next to the beach and with an unparalleled sea view. The staff is attentive and friendly. The thatched huts are on the first floor and aren't overly large, but everything is spotless and clean. Breakfast is a menu choice.

My family and I had an excellent stay at Hai Tide Resort on Lembongan. The staff were wonderful and we felt completely safe and well-cared for throughout our trip. A really cool experience! You get to ride the banana boat, swim with athletes, and see little fish underwater. I highly recommend it for going with friends and family!

We found this gem randomly on google maps :) We dived every day with these guys, and every dive was a super experience. All the instructors were friendly, smiley and helpful. The dives were always well organized with very few people on the boat, giving you the chance to enjoy even more the trips out. Good value for the money and surely recommended!

Bali Hai Diving was amazing! 10 out of 10, service, experience, dive, friendliness of staff, great and professional! We went out to Manta point, crystal bay, saw sea turtles, mantas, and 10000 fish.

A great refresher experience! I did a refresher dive after 12 years since I last dove and it was straight forward and easy! Shop is right next to the beach and where I was staying which is ideal, the reef was a short 5 minute boat ride and Rafi was a sound instructor. Rafi's passion for the reef and marine wildlife was obvious and he even snapped and shared some pics of me diving for free! A massive added perk. The reef is actually undergoing restoration and you can learn about it and see the restoration in action on the dive rig. They own a restaurant with sea views in mushroom bay and you get a free lunch voucher after the dive which is another cool perk. For a refresher dive experience I couldn't have asked for more. Overall a very happy customer and wish the team all the best 👍

Impeccable service and top notch dive! These guys are amazing! Great service, quality equipment and instructor Rafianto went above and beyond to give me an incredible dive experience and help me get my dive confidence back. He was thoughtful and had a very calming energy ( he also took the best dive photos of me I've ever had in 20 plus years of diving!) The lunch that comes with the dive package is also totally delicious!

11/10 would recommend these guys for diving. I had the most incredible experience with a super kind and professional crew 💛 and I was lucky enough to have the best sea life viewing while diving 😁 I will definitely be back

Best recommendation! Nice and friendly very nice place to get PADI,and the food provided is so good. Many dives during the day. The instructor is very patient. My daughter enjoys it so much.

Great scuba diving centre! Great experience. Very friendly people taking care of everything. Safety and wellbeing is on the first place. The scuba diving course that was provided to my kids was on very high level. I can also recommend scuba diving in Manta Point and Crystal Bay.

The service was incredible but so was everything else, the corals were spectqcular and we all enjoyed it very much. I would definatelly recommend for anyone looking to snorchle around Menjangan Island!

Dive Master Komang was exceptionally good in his briefing and underwater attention. We have dived extensively in Indonesia. We rate Menjangan very highly for Coral diversity and fish life plus no current makes for an easy dive. Easy and relaxing with great scenery. The whole team at Bali hi Menjangan were very professional and attentive. In every respect, we will be back.

It was a nice experience to be accompanied by Bali Hai Diving Adventures Menjangan. They were friendly and taught me a funny hand language to communicate about fish species under the water. The location is inside the resort itself. So you can always walk in to make an appointment. North Bali is definitely a perfect place to dive!

After a 6 year gap due to growing family and covid this was our first venture back into diving. Our dive guide Komang was excellent - great fun and relaxing diving whilst also being very professional and ensuring the diving was nice and safe. We enjoyed our pre-booked diving so much that we even booked a couple of extra days. As for the dive sites, they were equally excellent. We managed to see turtles, and eagle ray, plenty of moray and some reef sharks as well as the usual plethora of colourful fish. The centre was extremely accomodating and also managed to lay on a special trip to the Liberty wreck - which is quite a trek but on our bucket list so I was really pleased when they could set that up.

Adventures with Bali hai is well prepared. All the tools, towels, drinks and lunch are included. Guides is pro, feels safe during the adventures. Snorkling, dive day and night is available. Thanks to pak Toha, Komang dan Ketut who makes this activities memorable.
