A really cool experience! You get to ride the banana boat, swim with athletes, and see little fish underwater. I highly recommend it for going with friends and family!

Really fabulous cruise excursion. Staff all really friendly & polite. The food was excellent with so much choice. The entertainment was really good & varied. From the band to the dancers etc Definitely recommend. Also, it was worth it to see the sunset.

Fantastic boat and island experience, great staff and customer service very organised and informative. Perfect day out with the family exploring Nusa Lembongan island and surrounding aqua waters. The choices of water activities were fantastic and great for all ages. Thanks for a great experience!

Me and my wife had a private sunset cruise with Bali Hai today, 25/10/2025. We had to go 2 days later than our anniversary as i developed bali belly. What can i say other than excellent in every way, The driver was such I lovely man to the curise, and on the return trip, I did not get his name, but he's a credit to the company. The staff on the boat were so understanding and professional that it made us feel like we were very special. There was a band playing romantic songs which was perfect not to noisy but you could hear and interact with them easily The food was absolutely amazing. The chef really knows how to cook and display the food, and it tasted like a 5* chef had produced it. If you're in Bali look it up it's an amazing experience that you should do.

Last week we took the evening dinner cruise on the Bali Hai Aristocrat, with a 5 course a la carte dinner, which was fantastic, so tonight we're back for the Sunset Dinner cruise with buffet. Our included hotel pick up from Seminyak was ready early, so we were at there in plenty of time for a pre dinner drinks before boarding. We were shuttled from the reception centre to the dock to board to be ready to depart 15 minutes early and pulled away at exactly 5:45. Time for a couple more drinks, then the opportunity to take some photos of the beautiful sunset before the buffet was set up and open at 6:30. The food selection was lovely, and there was no shortage of anything, including the prawn cocktails. The thick, rich, creamy pumpkin soup was a highlight as was the crispy chicken with honey ginger sauce and so was the mango mousse that was one of the many dessert options.

My friend and I had a wonderful time. . The captain, Asri and many other staff worked to ensure that we had a good time and made an effort to ensure they found alternatives if any need wasn’t met. The island is peaceful and the beach is beautiful. The water sports are so much fun!!! Thank you!!!

We loved our Sunset Dinner Cruise last night - simply the best sunset, views, food, music, entertainment and the staff made our evening so special and memorable. The band played all our favourite songs including Lennon, Elton John, Billy Joel, Ed Sheeran. Special surprise birthday cake and song for me. Thank you!

From the moment we were picked up from our hotel all the staff we met were extremely friendly and professional. The catamaran journey out to the island took about 90 minutes - very comfortable, even though it was a little windy and rocky (our suggestion is to always take a seasick tablet and sit outside). My husband, our teenage daughter and I did the scuba diving experience on the pontoon. It was a terrific way to introduce our daughter to diving and for us to experience again as it was over 10 years since our last dive. The diving instructions were thorough and very clear and diving masters were brilliant. Although the dive was only for 30 minutes, we saw plenty of beautiful sea animals and coral. The water was crystal clear and warm. The pontoon also had fun activities such as banana boat riding, snorkelling and a fun water slide (all included in day trip). We were also treated to a pod of dolphins roaming around near the pontoon. At 12.30pm we were transported by smaller boats to the island and had a lovely lunch at the Bali Hai Beach club. We remained on the island until 3pm - enjoying the facilities. I highly recommend this tour and would do it again if we return to Bali.

Our evening aboard the Bali Hai was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, everything was flawless — the views were breathtaking, the entertainment was lively and fun, and the whole atmosphere was magical as the sun set over the water. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service we received, especially from our waitress, Anggi. She was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her friendly smile and professionalism truly added a personal touch to the night. Highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Bali — it’s the perfect way to end the day. A definite 10/10!

The crew/staff are really accommodating and the performers are absolutely very entertaining. The foods are also undeniably very delicious.

We had an amazing day of sun and sea with the Bali Hai Beach Cruise. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a leisurely day of swimming, snorkeling, beach, pool time. The service is top notch, starting from hotel pick up, to check in at the pier and catamaran ride. It does get a bit bumpy on the catamaran but the staff is well equipped and trained to help with sea sickness. We first stopped at a platform off the shores of Lembagon where we spent two hours snokerling, swimming in the sea, on the water slide and doing banana boat rides. You can also go scuba diving, walking on the sea floor etc at an extra charge. We then arrived at the Beach Club where we ate a BBQ lunch which was really good. Spent the afternoon in the pool. All in all, a day well spent. There is ample staff around to help everywhere. Quality of service is excellent.

Excellent day out - great transfer from hotel, excellent facilities at base, smart catamaran to pontoon, excellent dive boat to both sites - our diving instructor, Richard, was knowledgeable and looked after us brilliantly - highly recommended

I had a great experience on this day tour to Nusa Penida. Everything was very well organized and they delivered exactly what they promised. The schedule was well thought out, with enough time to enjoy each activity without feeling rushed. The guides were very friendly, attentive, and punctual. The food was delicious, and the facilities throughout the tour were clean and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this tour – it was a fantastic way to explore the island!
