My husband and I had the most beautiful wedding at the Hai Tide Resort. From the very beginning Andre the director was there to assist us. We started our wedding planning journey way back in 2018 searching for the perfect venue to get married on our favourite island. We accidentally stumbled upon the Hai Tide Resort. Andre was incredible, he showed around the resort and treated us to a day pass at the resort and a trip home on the resorts privately owned catamaran from here Andre emailed us all prices and inclusions of what a ceremony and reception could look like at the Hai Tide Resort. Everything was so easy we booked in for our 2020 wedding. It was from here we met Dominique our wedding planner who is just beautiful, so very easy to communicate with and extremely organised. Planning the wedding from abroad was always going to be difficult as you need a lot of trust in your wedding planner. Dominique and Andre made this so very easy and ensured everything ran smoothly while stepping us through planning process. Three months before our wedding the Pandemic hit and put a pause on everything. We decided to wait and instead of a 2020 wedding we had a 2023 wedding. Three years later Andre and Dominique picked up the planning process from exactly where we left off. They accommodated all the changes and alternation my husband and I requested and made sure everything ran smoothly. In July this year we finally had the wedding of our dreams. The day ran without fault! Everything was decorated beautifully. The ceremony venue spoke for itself, positioned in the garden with a sun soaked beach backdrop. The reception was no expection everything was organised and decorated gorgeously. The flowers were out of this world and we know the team worked tirelessly to make this happen. THANK YOU! My bouquet was my absolute favourite piece, it was elegant yet simple and completely perfect. The food was delicious and presented professionally with little added touches. The cake was divine and again beautifully decorated. The cocktails and wine were also a big hit! Very yummy indeed. All through out the day Dominique made sure everything ran smoothly and assisted me to stay stressfree. From checking in on the bridal party regularly to making sure every guest was looked after. She fielded every question and concern everyone had and stayed calm in every situation. Dominique made sure our wedding day ran without fault. Im so unbelievably grateful to both Andre and Dominique for their hard work and efforts! I cannot recommend the Hai Tide resort enough for your wedding. If you want something out of a fairytale with passionate, caring and experienced organisers please don't look past the Hai Tide Resort, Andre and Dominique. You won't find an easier wedding planner or events director to work with or a more beautiful venue that can be made to sparkle even brighter at night.

Where do I even begin… Dominique was such a huge part of a dream come true wedding for my husband and I. From the first time I reached out to her, she put all of my concerns at ease when doing a destination wedding. When your planning a wedding and your venue is on the other side of the world you HAVE to trust the people your communicating with via email or wassup. Every time I spoke to Dominique my trust grew as well as my excitement… becoming very convinced that I could count on her to execute the day exactly as I wanted was the biggest relief. This was all prior to arriving in Bali. When I arrived she met up with me prior to going to Nusa Lembongan.
We had an amazing meeting where she explained all the details so thoroughly. Then on to where the weekend began… we had 4 Hai Tide vans come to pick us up from our hotel… all the drivers were extremely friendly and made the simplest drive a good time! Arriving at the dock, Dominique was there to assist all of my 25 guest with organizing their boat ride and assured them that there luggage would make it to their Lumbung. Everyone arrived to a welcome lunch and a few girls and myself were panicked to get our nails cleaned up before the wedding… Dominique organized for us to get our nails done within the hour!
As for the wedding day… we had the boys in one Villa and the girls in another. She popped in and out of both villas to just check in on us and see what we needed. She had everything single thing on schedule and had thought of every detail! Throughout the night she made sure My husband and I were okay. I’ve never had anyone care so much about how I’m feeling by the hour , it was the most comforting feeling. As the night ended she collected all my wedding stuff and brought it to me the next day.
It is so hard for me to put into words how amazing Dominque is. She was absolutely amazing to all of my friends and family, one of my friends (the best man) had his arm swelling up and she brought a doctor to him!! The examples I’m giving are just a glimpse of what this woman did. I’m telling you, she is the best wedding coordinator I’ve ever met and goes above and way beyond. She not only completed the event to be the most memorable day for everyone there but she became part of the event and the whole experience. My gratitude is indescribable.
