Thank you so much to the Bali Hai Team! We had the most amazing experience and a memorable day sailing from Bali to Crystal Bay. We arrived to a massive sign with our company logo welcomeing us on board, it was such a nice suprise. We had the whole boat to ourselves and a waiter always ready to serve a drink. There were many staff onboard to assist and everything was looked after. As we went across the open sea, a few people got a little sea sickness but they had a nurse there to help them. Once we got to Crystal Bay we went snorkling and saw beautiful fish, sea turtles, sea snakes, amazing! We had some delicious canape style lunch and all of the dietary requirements were looked after. We enjotyed the trip back sitting up the front of the boat drinking lovely cocktails with the wind in our hair nd music was great. I can not thank the team enough for looking after us and Pande for being our trip organiser. The head office is located in Perth so that was great that we could pay for the invoice in AUD. Thank you!!

My husband and I had the best day sailing the aristocat with Bali hai! The staff are so friendly and lovely, they give amazing service. The boat itself is beautiful and well set up. At the island we did a scuba dive (which was awesome, a drift dive, coral life and fish life was great, plus lots of turtles and some dolphins on the boat ride out!). After lunch we did some banana boating and then chilled poolside! We also had a massage and they even did it by the pool for us! Lunch/food was really awesome. I’m very impressed and would recommend this trip, Bali hai does a great job. Thank you so much!!
